• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the dua66 platform — including text, graphics, data, game descriptions, guides, layouts, logos and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of dua66 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from dua66.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dua66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.

This includes, without limitation:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes;
